1. Who runs this site
This website (xas.band) and the artist project Xas are operated by Kash Sajadi. Xas is the brainchild of Kash Sajadi. You can reach him at kash@xas.band.
By accessing or using this site you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The music and the work
Xas makes music at the seam of human feeling and machine craft, using a range of creative tools and techniques. Names, voices and characters that appear in the work — including “Solène” — are part of the artistic project. They are presented as creative expression and should be understood in that spirit.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the names “Xas” and “Solène”, music recordings, compositions, lyrics, cover artwork, images and text — is owned by Kash Sajadi or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other rights.
You may listen to and share links to the published music through the official streaming platforms. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sample, remix or use any of this material commercially without prior written permission. For licensing or collaboration enquiries, contact kash@xas.band.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the site or its hosting;
- misrepresent your affiliation with Xas or Kash Sajadi.
5. Links to other services
This site links to third-party platforms such as SoundCloud, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and Bandcamp. Those services are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Information may change without notice, and we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
7. Limitation of liability
